The Clean Focus team has collectively worked on over $3 billion in renewable energy and infrastructure projects throughout the world over the last ten years. Our executives bring together proven expertise in site selection, government regulation, power generation, electrical engineering, construction management, geologic/biologic due diligence, credit evaluation, capital sourcing, structured finance, legal, and tax accounting in both the U.S. and China.
John drives strategy and corporate development. He brings over 33 years of expertise in building enterprise and consumer ventures in both start-up and multinational companies.
Haitao leads project acquisitions, operations, and corporate growth. Previously, he was China partner at Formation 8 venture capital, a cross-border venture-capital firm based in Silicon Valley.
Stan drives investments and strategy. He brings over 32 years of experience in high-technology software and hardware ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations.
Thomas brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience in large solar and technology companies. Previously, Thomas was SVP & CFO of United Renewable Energy Co., Ltd.
Rob drives fund raising and brings more than 30 years of executive experience in investment banking, accounting, and renewable-energy financing and leasing.
Khan leads project acquisitions and ensures financial performance of our projects. He was an early team member and led the underwriting and closing of all project financing.
Catherine builds relationships with project developers and manages investor relations.
Michael drives underwriting and project financing, coordinating with tax equity, sponsor equity, and lenders. Prior to Clean Focus, he was a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s San Francisco office, where he was a member of the Financial Advisory Services business.
Mark optimizes corporate and project financing structures to minimize taxes for our investors. Most recently, Mark was an international tax partner at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young
